Returns are free of charge
If you do not like the goods, which do not fit or are faulty, you have the option of sending the goods back to us free of charge.
Please return the goods unworn, in their original packaging including all labels and with a completed return slip to Andrea Ispan, Manolaya Yoga, St. Martin Str. 40 in 81541 Munich within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Payment Methods
1. Visa or Mastercard credit card payment
The credit card information is forwarded to a certified payment service provider via an encrypted security system without us or third parties having any access to this data. This means that it is not possible for unauthorized persons to read this data when it is transmitted on the Internet. Refunds can only be posted to the credit card that was used to pay the original invoice.
2. PayPal
You will be redirected to PayPal via a secure connection for the payment process. The only requirement: you should have a PayPal account or create a new one during the payment process.
3. Prepayment
You will receive our account information with the order confirmation by email. In the case of prepayment / bank transfer, your order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
